They did a great job and what a difference it makes. I also had them do the tile in my kitchen and laundry (aka dog) room. They look like new! The money on the tile service was well spent. Bryce and Chad were hard working, careful and efficient. I have allergies and asthma, so the chemicals have always bothered me. My 15 year old carpet looks Brand new! I am so impressed with the service and Sam was a pleasure to work with. All the stains came out, we have a 4 lb. dog and all the everyday dirt just disappeared. I am over the moon for zerorez. No stinky fumes to contend with, that's the best part. They arrived on time and took about 90 minutes to clean 4 rooms, hallway and staircase. Even some old stains that our last carpet cleaners couldn't remove are now gone. The carpets were completely dry about an hour after the service technician left our house. The pricing was comparable to other carpet cleaning companies in the area and there were no surprises. I was offered Scotchgard protection for an additional $25 per room but otherwise the bill was what I had agreed to in advance. I was so hesitant to get my carpet cleaned because I know that once you do it the residue will attract even more dirt after it's done and it will get very dirty again, very fast.</p> <p>They advertised that they have a soap-less system so I decided to give them a call. There is science behind all of this but apparently they treat the water some how to cause it to attract the dirt to it. All the mess and noise stayed outside in their truck and they just brought the hose inside.</p> <p>All I can say is WOW, they did such a great job. I'm blessed to have living room carpet that doesn't show the dirt. I was SO embarassed when the guy that was doing the cleaning showed me the "mud" it was sucking out of my carpet. Once, my dog ate through a neon orange glow stick and smeared it across my white carpet. Another time, I spilled a blueberry smoothie on my carpet. Both times, Zerorez arrived promptly and literally erased my stains. I've had them over since for carpet maintenance. I've never had my carpets cleaner than after Zerorez visits. I would, and do, recommend this service to everyone I know. </p>
